We’re looking for an Ecosystem Operations Specialist. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our Ecosystem team. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key personnel with developers, partners, and ecosystem builders, as well as analyse business processes with a focus on improving efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing on day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with team goals and efficient resource allocation
- Manage business operations, including contract administration, grant payouts, and payment processing in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance
- Track and analyze key metrics of ecosystem growth and health, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations
- Analyze business processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and ecosystem builders
- Support ecosystem builders on day-to-day queries, and liaise with other internal and external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional projects to drive ecosystem growth and adoption
- Organize and facilitate developer-focused events, such as hackathons, workshops
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and projects across the Ecosystem Team

**Basic Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in business operations, ecosystem development, or similar roles in the blockchain or tech industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Excellent project management abilities with experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in growing and nurturing developer community
- Proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Notion and other project management software
- Background in computer science, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies a must

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Business level English required; multilingual abilities are a plus to engage with our global ecosystem.
