**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Web3 security cases, performing detailed analysis, and draft detection strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to reduce case volumes and minimize user asset losses.
- Monitor data sources to identify emerging fraud techniques and potential false positives.
- Stay up-to-date with Defi Wallet products and the latest phishing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in blockchain, anti-fraud, risk control, or related fields;
- Proven expertise in fraud detection, phishing analysis, and an understanding of the dark web and illicit operations;
- Understanding of case operation workflows, with the ability to handle complex cases systematically and efficiently;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams;
- Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset with a proactive learning attitude; keen interest in Web3 security;
- Proficiency in English for seamless communication in a global environment;
- Familiarity with Web3 security challenges and advanced defensive mechanisms is preferred;
- Experience in red team activities or participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions is a plus.
