Ensure smooth running of daily library operations, facilities and services
- Perform circulation duties and maintain student discipline
- Educate and promote library collection and services
- Creating and implementing library programmes and activities to promote literacy and learning
- Maintain library electronic and periodical subscription
- Procure library materials to support the school community
- Catalogue and process library materials
- Support collection development and maintenance
- Provide reference services and book recommendations
- Guide and mentor junior library staff
- Assist in budget management and control
- Assist in shelving, stocktaking and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- At least with 3 years of library work experience, preferably in serials, acquisition and/or cataloguing
- Good team player with positive work attitude
- Ability to work independently
- High level of accuracy and good eye for detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in the use of educational technology or data analytics will be an advantage
- This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
