As a Fund Accounting Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements, and other accounting deliverables for real estate funds.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

- Review monthly/quarterly NAV reporting pack, including cash and position reconciliation
- Monitor timely accrual of fees, expenses, and provisions
- Maintain intercompany loan and interest calculations, reconciling monthly
- Oversee client purchase orders, payments, and receipts.
- 4-6 years of experience in private equity or real estate fund and property accounting
- Experience reviewing and preparing financial statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
