**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers
- Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and personal target/KPI
- To manage and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of retail development
- Ensure high-quality VM presentation in accordance with corporate guidelines at all times
- Manage sales floor and back of house operation

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail
- Experienced in sales forecasting, store operations, rostering and leading a sales team
- Possessed great leadership and motivation skill in order to drive the team to achieve targets
- Self-motivated and drive individual
