**Job Description:
- Work in conjunction with the CMDB team to define and review all requirements and develop design solutions
- Analyze and provide solutions to technical problems escalated from the Service Desk
- Participate in the agile development process utilizing the SCRUM module in ServiceNow
- Participate in broad independent interactions with all levels of personnel within the Laboratory
- Understand and follow appropriate security policies and procedures
- Serve as a technical leader and collaborate with customers to understand and document requirements
- Analyze, interpret complex data, and provide highly advanced solutions to technical problems escalated from the Service Desk
- Participate in broad independent interactions with all levels of personnel within the Laboratory and mentor less experienced staff
- Provide original solutions to complex problems with the ability to advise and recommend advanced technical approaches and solutions

**Requirements:
- Strong functional understanding of the assigned retail business area (logistics, credit, and so forth) and how it interacts with other areas of the business and detail processes
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with ServiceNow and a strong architectural understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of development and administration of ServiceNow and a strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practice
- Minimum of 4 years of JellyScript experience
- Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies
