**Overview**:
Develops policies, directs and coordinates on all Human Resource activities such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide general admin duties for the department
2. Creating and updating department’s Policy and Procedures
3. Coordination of recruitment activities with Department Heads and applicants
5. Conducting staff on boarding and orientation
6. Handle staff locker assignment and issues
7. Assist in HR database management in Company’s shared drive
8. Assist in calculation of leaves
9. Assist in verification and updating of staff attendance data into system
10. Participate in review and coordination of compensation and benefits
11. Handle every department staff’s welfare and administrative matters
12. Handle office stationery purchases, issues and control
13. Arrangement of learning and development activities
14. Undertake any other HR projects
15. Maintain privacy and confidentiality in employee files & information at all times
16. To perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by Resident Manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
