**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process incoming orders and ensure accuracy
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders and products for daily delivery
- Pack orders for pickup by logistic partners
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with logistic partners
- Liaise with customers on their purchases and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Support sales team by providing sales reports
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Compile invoices to be sent to accounting team
- Provide support in the preparation of confidential documents
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum higher Nitec or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- **Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP software**
- Meticulous with details
- Strong oral and written communication skills in a business environment
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
