Geylang, Singapore Harvester Community Church Full time

The role is primarily to provide administrative support to the Senior Pastor, church staff and to the church operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining of church documents and records, both physical and digital, including church members’ records
- Stocktaking and procurement of office equipment and supplies, managing office IT infrastructure
- Liaising and contract management with external parties and vendors, including printing of materials for regular church events
- Manage staff claims and leave calendar
- Liaising and preparing submissions to regulatory bodies, including for building, human resources and vehicle related matters
- Updating of policies and relevant SOPs
- Rostering of reception duties, managing bookings of church facilities and equipment
- Assisting with updates to church website and with digital transformation of church processes
- Acting as Data Protection Officer for the church
- Assisting with execution of applicable COVID-19 safe management measures

**Requirements**:

- Education: minimum Diploma holder
- 3 years of working experience, with prior experience in administrative roles especially in church environment will be viewed favourably
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines
- Positive work attitude, able to work as a team-player
- Effective oral and written communication skills

Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
