**Job Description**:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams. Recommend and lead projects to execute tactical projects and/or improvement initiatives within scope of project deliverables.
- Ensure internal and statutory compliance (e.g., SOX, internal controls, statutory audit, quarterly reporting such as Controller checklist and 10-K report, and corporate secretarial matters)
- Planning and analysis work, involving analyzing ROI (Return on Investment) of expenditures for major Capital projects as well as reviewing balance sheet and legal tax budget and forecasts.
- Other incidental duties
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Planning and overseeing new marketing activities
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable & cost-effective approach
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits
- Designing Standard Operating Products (SOP) for Existing Product Process
- Analyzing Floor Chart for Current and Upcoming Menu in detail with practice of Production
- Application / Renewal Standard of Procedure of Factory (SOP) example: ISO, SFA and others licensing. Job Completion with Softcopy and Hardcopy
- R&D New Product provided accept approval by Director
- Training for Production and R&D knowledge -provided Demo Video with Digital Form, submitted with attendance form.
- Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes
- Oversee the hiring and training food production personnel
- Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
- Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
- Allocate work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history
- Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets
- Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project
- Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities
- Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products
- Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions
- Carry out surveys to identify customer requirements and adjust to meet such needs
- Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered
- Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time.
