Lead sales and project team in preparing design concept, presentation, documentations, drawings during tender, kick off project and after sales services.
Provide project management, liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Provide site coordination with the contractors, suppliers and vendors on execution matters to ensure completion on time with quality workmanship and compliances standards.
Preparation for general on-site safety, technical matters, and quality checks
Prepare compliances of drawings and materials with authorities and regulatory specifications.
Project monitoring, planning, and preparing site and works progress reports.

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 3 year(s) experience needed for this position
