We're looking for a dedicated & passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join and lead the team in all functions of the business.
- Accountable for the daily operations & settlements of outlet and ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded
- Documentation of sales and operation reports, as well as collating summary of monthly financial reports to monitor sales performance
- Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant
- Providing excellent customer service, maintain great customer relations and upholding a standard for all employees
- Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions for service recovery
- Assist with recruitment, training, motivation and discipline of all front-of-house employees through ongoing performance appraisals
- Rostering of staff schedule for full utilization of manpower and labour cost control
- Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses (i.e. MUIS, SFA)
- Ensure strict employee compliance to company's SOPs, sanitation and safety standards
- Confer & negotiate packages to potential wedding or corporate event clients
- Oversee and facilitate private or corporate events at the outlet & work closely with Kitchen crew to ensure event proceeds smoothly and timely
- Co-manage outlet's social media accounts to generate new content and/or marketing campaigns to increase sales
- Upkeeping of outlet’s equipment and overseeing maintenance contracts

Requirement:

- Min. 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in F&B or relevant industry
- Familiar with Restaurant POS, Tablets and Terminals for Online/App orders
- Proficient in MS Office Tools & Adobe Office
- Good command of English, Melayu and/or Mandarin
- Possesses a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification
- Displays strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work
- High adaptability and able to work in fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month
