Case Specialist

As a Case Specialist, your key responsibilities include:
- Contact customers to educate them about seeking third party claim recovery for their IS claims;
- Assist the customers, wherever possible, in their third party claim recovery journey;
- Build relationship with the customers to secure future third party claim recoveries;
- Attend to enquiries raised by customers relating to their IS claims;
- Check payment details made by third party insurers to allocate these payments correctly to their respective claim numbers
- Contact third party insurers to check payment details for those payments which we are unable to link to their respective claim numbers; and
- Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the insurance industry with relevant insurance qualifications will be advantageous
- Customer centric with good customer servicing skills
- Team player and self-motivated
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
