To drive this transformational change in our industry we are on a look out for an outstanding professional with an obsession to create the most customer-centric and effective integrated Supply Chain organization to support the challenges and opportunities ahead of us.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate APAC transportation network, from/to our plants in Singapore, Philippines and China) Liaise with carriers locally (SG) and at international level, both parcel and freight forwarders, including business relations, performance and cost review
- Own annual freight budget and follow-up on discrepancies by periodical reviews and action
- Lead or assist freight optimization projects and interacts with carriers to enable project outcomes
- Utilize various data sources to assemble, analyze and provide deep business insights and KPIs for our major carriers and lanes
- Identify and propose automations and efficiency improvements by leveraging technology that will address critical projects and business needs

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- 5 years operational experience in Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain Carrier/courier management experience with recognized operators on international market
- Experience within parcel and freight forwarding environment (Air and Sea)
- Proven results in delivering projects related to transportation network optimization (cost, performance, service, etc.)
- Wider knowledge of related supply chain processes desirable (warehousing, distribution, purchasing, supply chain, etc.)
- Personal competencies_
- Energy and passion to drive the digital agenda in a very international environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Clear and concise written and oral communication in English with an ability to bring non-domain stakeholders on board
- Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to change and challenges
