Agile Development
- Specify and implement the architecture of complex Web solutions
- Lead development and integration of Sitecore and Front-end components
- Lead and/ or conduct system integration
- Analyze technical and business requirements

Technical leadership
- Guide, mentor & lead other team members to build a high performing development organization
- Be open and proactive in knowledge sharing to create advanced internal development capabilities

Cloud Architecture
- Own and optimize Azure Cloud architecture, act cost efficient and collaborate closely with infrastructure team

Innovation
- Help to make innovation and using new technologies a culture within the team

Hands on implementation
- Implementation of assigned user stories within the cadence of the Agile development.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences
- Minimum 5+ years or more of work experience within Sitecore and microservice disciplines including and/ or other areas directly relevant to web and front-end responsibilities and tasks
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders in support of multi-departmental web and Sitecore management initiatives
- Enterprise experience and/ or Azure Cloud experience will be an advantage
- Passionate to meet the tech challenges and drive to a solution/ implementation.
