Home & Health Distributors is a leading importer and distributor of New Zealand products in Singapore. We focus on 100% natural products made by companies that are environmentally sustainable and socially responsible. Our customers include chain supermarkets, online retailers, café/restaurants, gourmet grocers, etc. Our exclusive brands are Fix & Fogg, Raglan Food Company, Serious Food Company, Almighty Beverages, Tom & Luke, etc.
Job responsibilities
The Customer & Brand Success Associate works directly with the company founder on ensuring that our products succeed in the relevant channels. We are a young start-up and are looking for well-rounded individuals to develop cross-functional expertise. Culture fit is big for us and we’re looking for individuals who thrive under uncertainty and can problem-solve out of challenging situations.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Managing & nurturing relationships with online retailers
2. Managing & nurturing relationships with independent retail & food service customers
3. Source and manage outreach activities for brand building (e.g. bazaars)
4. Ensure consistency of brand presentation across touchpoints
5. Support with strategic decisions within the business
Performance will be primarily measured based on sales growth as well as new customer acquisitions
Other details
1. Hybrid work schedule (work from home possible few days a week)
2. Open to fresh graduates as well as someone with 1-2 years of working experience
