The role of Customer Success Associate involves providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer success. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Home Automation & IoT is an added advantage.
