This is a key role at Magnet, and you will be responsible for creating interactive experiences from websites to social media posts for some of the best-known global brands.

As a Digital Art Director, you will lead design on select accounts from concept to launch. You will work closely with your Creative Director and clients throughout a project, including determining creative requirements, presenting design deliverables, and iterating to perfection. The proven ability to balance multiple projects successfully and collaborate across disciplines is critical in our cross-functional environment.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a digital or integrated agency.
- Hands-on experience creating exceptional digital brand experiences
- Produce storyboards and scamps to clients
- Commission video houses and photographers to work on projects
- Mentor, train, and develop junior members of the team
- Be entrepreneurial and have a proactive attitude to work
- Good client presentation skills and the ability to articulate design processes
- Able to handle print at an advantage

**Requirements**:

- Have an online portfolio of beautifully designed work
- Excellent understanding of HTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery and ActionScript 3
- Expertise in visual, interaction, and motion design (Flash AS & After Effects).
- Motion graphic skills are highly desired but not required.
- Expert hands-on knowledge of Adobe CS 6 suite (AI, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience in video shooting and editing is an advantage
