Magnet is an independent communications agency with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. We are looking for Art Directors with passion, talent, and experience in digital and print.

As an Art Director, you will lead design on select accounts from concept to launch. You will work closely with your Creative Director and clients throughout a project, including determining creative requirements, presenting design deliverables, and iterating to perfection.
- Experience in designing and creating communication materials for digital (e.g. websites, online banners and social media ) and print (advertisements, leaflets, posters, brochures)
- Conceptual work and end-to-end execution of creative concepts.
- Participates in concept ideation, and user interface design and conduct usability test

**Experience**
- 3-5 years of design experience in digital and print solutions
- Proficiency working in Mac OS environment with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch).
- Strong technical knowledge of web-based technologies.
- A professional attitude with the ability to work well within a team and on one’s own. Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback.
- Excellent understanding of UX Design Methods
- Photography and photo-retouching/-finishing
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to consistently check the quality of work and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

**Good to have**:

- Illustration/drawing skills would be considered a big plus.
- A passion of art, design, and creative thinking.
- An online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for mobile and desktop. Your portfolio should include wireframes/storyboards, interactive flows, screenshots, and design sensibilities.
