We are looking for a Digital Art Director (DAD). The position at Convertium is suitable for a senior digital designer with a strong portfolio of user interface design and digital art .

You must have good people skills and be able to mentor junior designers. As DAD, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of:

  1. interaction design
  2. visual communication
  3. user interface design
  4. typography
  5. visual aesthetics

You must be a formally-trained designer with a solid appreciation of design philosophy and principles. Additionally, you need to stay current with the latest trends and standards in digital and web design.

At Convertium, you will be exposed to various types of digital creative work, from mission-critical websites to innovative e-marketing projects. Career progression includes team leadership and strategic consulting roles.
