**About The Opportunity**

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for testing software products?
- We are looking for a motivated software quality assurance engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.
- As a QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of our internal Quality Assurance team ensuring Propine’s products, features, and updates are thoroughly tested and meet standards for stability and functionality prior to public release.
- You will help improve our blockchain software products by analyzing pain points, conducting usability testing, and providing feedback for improvement.
- You will be working closely with the product team to understand requirements and help plug the gaps before the design stage itself.
- Working closely with our development team, you will ensure our full suite of products is usable by our audience.
- This role requires you to learn to operate just outside the limit of your comfort zone. If this excites you, but also makes you a bit nervous, then you might just be the right fit.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in testing software products
- Experience in testing Web Applications and APIs
- Hands-on experience with any RDBMS and strong SQL knowledge
- Highly organized, attentive to details, and proactive
- Process oriented and attentive to details
- Ability to work under pressure with predefined deadlines
- Proficient in English with excellent communications skills both written and verbal

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Understanding of blockchain technology desired
- Familiarity with automation testing
- Familiarity with Cryptocurrency wallets
- Having worked in a high-growth tech start-up
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Playwright, Database Testing, ClickUp, and TestRail

**What You’ll Do**
- Liaise with product and development teams to understand requirements, identify, and plug the gaps
- Design, develop and execute test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements
- Test upcoming products, updates, and features for bugs and functionality prior to production release
- Perform regression testing of our Web Applications and APIs
- Detect, log and track bugs
- Communicate urgent bugs, issues, and improvements to the Development team
- Create and maintain a QA knowledge base by documenting various testing processes
- Provide support to product users and troubleshoot common issues
