**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Conduct manual and automated tests to identify defects, track issues, and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements, review code changes, and ensure test coverage.
- Document test results, defects, and testing activities to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Participate in product design and requirement reviews to provide input on testability, usability, and quality aspects.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, replicate bugs, and provide detailed reports to facilitate timely resolution.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance and software testing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
