**In this position you will....**
...perform full spectrum of insurance broking tasks and processes independently in relate to servicing of new and renewal clients’ accounts primarily in SME and personal lines
**You will be responsible for**
- Perform a supporting role to insurance schemes managed under the team.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
- Ensure retention and organic growth of clients’ needs.
- Ensure timely production of placement/broking slips, cover notes and policies.
- Work closely with claims team to ensure the client’s claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently.
- Assist credit control department to follow-up on premium collections when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Attained all relevant insurance certifications (Min. PGI, ComGI).

- Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
