**CRS - Business Office Manager**:
This role will report directly to Citi Realty Services Business Office APAC Lead and will be responsible for the Business Office initiatives in the unit, with more focus on managing the APAC divesture program and new strategic initiatives.

The role requires a thorough understanding of the Corporate Real Estate sector along with direct experience managing / tracking strategic initiatives and reporting.

**Business Office**:

- As business office: Overall responsibility to manage and deliver financial plan for CRS APAC.
- In-charge of MOR reporting - Collation of data from all countries and functions and delivering the MOR along with various Metrix (portfolio, people etc) for the unit.
- Help ensure more effective governance of CRS business operations through coordination across functions
- Work with CRS SMT for Strategic planning, portfolio optimization plans, City plans and implementations:

- Work closely with sub-region heads and Functional heads on the various City plans, RE strategies, and optimization plans that are developed for the countries and provide them with financial and strategic inputs to optimize portfolio and drive saves.
- Developing executive presentations, project reports, and dashboards, which articulate key drivers and economics of the proposals.
- Ensure compliance with Citi and CRS policies and procedures as well as legal, regulatory, safety and environmental agencies to maximize the value of the portfolio
- Partnering/coordinating with internal stakeholder’s asset/transaction/project/finance managers) to ensure adequate implementation of the strategic portfolio rationalization
- Assisting in tracking project updates, actuals investment spends and productivity (savings)
- Provide financial inputs on various RE initiatives and strategies to FP&A team during planning and other budgeting cycle

**Project Management (APAC divestiture program)**
- Responsibility to support APAC divestiture program on reporting and management of segregation strategy, administer the consistency of strategies and reporting across countries, and ensure the timely Legal Day one separation and continuation of business in all affected countries.
- To administer ground execution of closures/ consolidation/ relocation/ exits of retail, including management and tracking of overall divesture budget.
- Coordination across Regional Functions (technology, security, share services and COB) on divesture execution.
- Coordinates with finance team in relation to divesture related IEP’s and managing lease renewal processes.
- Formulate trackers and analyses data for trend, status, and other reporting.
- Coordinate with Capital Projects, Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, Relocations and other CRS teams, as needed, to develop and complete projects
- Providing ad hoc reports to CRS local and regional management.
- Ensure all works undertaken comply with Citi standards and local authority rules and regulations. Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and environmental issues.
- Disseminating and ensuring implementation of best practice and service innovation initiatives amongst APAC countries.
- Develop and manage processes for dashboard reporting, executive summaries, and monitoring progress against plan
- Contribute to analysis & reporting, presentations, IEPs and other deliverables

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- More than 10 years professional experience in Real Estate/similar corporate Real Estate environment.
- Strong Analytical skills, experience in financial management and budget control.
- Strong relationship management skills and good experience in an International Corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage and communicate multiple projects.

**Skills**:

- Excellent vendor management within a partnering environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software in a business problem solving context.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in financial management and budget control.
- Process Review and implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Recognized degree in Facilities/Project Management/Engineering, Architectural/Interior Design or Real Estate/ Financial Management.
