- 5 days a week/ 44hrs per week/ rotating shift
Location
- East Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- In-charge of handling the ticketing, reservation, and enquiries through the phone for an Airlines Company.
- Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
- Perform outbound calls to follow-up and update customers.
- Support work, which includes ticket submissions, administrative duties etc.
Job Requirements:
- Passion for Customer Service and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
- 1 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Customer Service is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
