**Position: Network Support Analyst
**Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Network Support Analyst to join our thriving organization. As a Network Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support to our internal teams. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT network and maximizing productivity across the company.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain our network systems to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related problems, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
- Conduct regular performance assessments to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize network efficiency.
- Proactively address security vulnerabilities and implement measures to safeguard the network.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, both on-site and remotely.
- Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant information for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Support Analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) will be a plus.

**Salary Range**:$5900 - $7500 (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
