DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Capabilities Development (Food Services)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Operations stakeholders to define and refine the capabilities needed at various hiring levels and different stages of the organization’s evolution
- Analyze performance data and work with Operations stakeholders to investigate and identify root causes of poor performance, and incorporate findings to enhance training programs
- Diagnose learning needs, propose learning solutions, and support with the delivery of those solutions (e.g learning assessments, train-the-trainer, design and delivery of workshops and programs, coordinate with an external Training provider to provide suitable training)
- Develop curriculum and customize content for team learning in both general and functional content including but not limited to classroom learning, virtual learning, knowledge/work processes, and frameworks, tools, and skills resources.
- Facilitate stand up training for in house programs and conduct onsite training
- Plan and execute audits to ensure training effectiveness in practice
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e. Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, IT) to help drive continuous process improvements
- Serve as internal consultant to Operations stakeholders on best practices and helping to align SOPs and training programs

QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline including ACTA / ACLP certified. DACE will be an advantage
- A result-oriented team player who can influence at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with the service industry preferred; an empathy of food service workers tempered with a conviction for improvement
