The **Learning Editor **will think strategically and creatively about training formats - from workshops, masterclasses and leadership seminars to online campaigns and on-the-job learning initiatives - and be confident in organising, facilitating or delivering them across a broad range of topics to ensure our journalism is meeting the highest standards.
**About the Role**
As our **Learning Editor** **you will:
- Work closely with other members of the Global Learning team to design, deliver and coordinate learning programmes in consultation with the Global Learning Editor, the Global Managing Editor, Newsroom, and other senior editors.
- Work with newsroom leaders to help meet editorial and business objectives, on everything from speed and text/visuals coordination to digital curation and newsroom leadership skills.
- Proactively help anticipate and identify where our most pressing training needs are and suggest innovative approaches to addressing them.
- Produce relevant learning materials in a range of forms - ebriefs, tipsheets, trainer packs, coverage drills, writing exercises, videos, eLearning modules etc.
- Deliver interactive editorial training in real or virtual classrooms.
