Executive / Senior Executive, People Partner

**About the job**:
The Executive / Senior Executive People Partner provides HR consulting and operations support to the Group, serving as part of a shared function for multiple business units. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, the role focuses on facilitating Human Capital initiatives and execution at a Group level.
The individual in this role partners with various stakeholders cross functionally and collaborates with line managers. He/ She understands business requirements, influencing business leaders to facilitate effective onboarding, guiding learning programs, managing talent identification, advising on monetary & non-monetary benefits, and addressing employee issues.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Talent Attraction, Employee Experience & Relations**
- Deliver the full spectrum of onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Manage retail part-timers in accordance to boutique manpower requirements
**Employee Compensation & Benefits**:
- Process payroll and benefits claims
- Support in HR Rewards related projects such as salary & benefits benchmarking
- Prepare yearly salary and bonus related initiatives and schemes
- Maintain historical and current employee data in HR for HR Data Analytics
- Prepare and facilitate the mandated government surveys under the Statistics Act (e.g. Labour Market Surveys etc)
**Talent Engagement**
- Develop, propose and implement regular talent engagement activities
- Facilitate employee feedbacks and employee engagement survey
**Learning & Organization Development**
- Co-create and implement L&OD projects which includes wide-level change management activities
- Source and contact training providers and arrange for trainings for employees
**Education & Qualifications**:
- Minimum Degree majoring in Human Resources or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS will be an added advantage
