**Work From Home HR Specialist (Freelance, 3-Month Contract)

**About Us**:
We are a well-established F&B company that is expanding our team. We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR specialist to assist in recruiting both local and foreign staff to support our restaurant operations. Join us in shaping the future of our workforce

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Local and Foreign Worker Recruitment**:Manage recruitment for local part-time staff.Handle the hiring process for foreign workers.
- **HR System Implementation**:Assist in the implementation of a new HR cloud management system for payroll processing, staff management, and employee records.
- **Payroll Processing Support**: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll details for all employees.Work with the HR cloud management system to track working hours, leaves, and payments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in HR recruitment, especially in the F&B sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Experience with HR cloud management systems or a willingness to learn.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
- Initial contract duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extending to a long term partnerhip based on performance and business needs.
- 100% work from home; must have own computer with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salary: $800 (before deduction of CPF)
- Only Singaporeans or PRs may apply.
