
Sales Consultant

Our client is a consultancy firm specializing in customized training and workplace learning solutions to help organizations enhance workforce performance. Their services include training needs analysis, on the job blueprint development, micro-learning, onboarding programs, and workplace learning competency projects.
**Job Scope**:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including HR leaders, L&D teams, and business owners.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and expand our client base.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover training needs.
- Understand client challenges and propose tailored training and workplace learning solutions.
- Sell high-value services like customized training, micro-learning, competency projects, and onboarding solutions.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring strong revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a structured sales approach.
- Stay updated on government grants and funding schemes to help clients maximize subsidies.
**Requirements**:
- Min GCE ‘N’ Levels
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in training solutions or workplace learning services.
- Highly motivated, self-driven and goal-oriented.
Working Location: Fully remote - work from home
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm
**Salary**: $3,000 (Basic salary) + Commission (average $1,500 - $3,500)
