**Responsibilities**
- Propose and carry out MBO to meet department KPI in line with Business Plan and Division Objectives.
- Process improvement for Yield, Quality and Productivity and Provide Engineering support to the respective processes assigned for new products or other cross functional departments
- Plan and carry out improvement activities or MBO for cost down, yield improvement, productivity improvement etc.
- Lead the team involve QA and Production to resolve production line trouble.
- Manage the work performance and behaviour of subordinate through motivation, orientation, training, coaching and take disciplines action when necessary.
- Attend the daily meeting and assign the day-to-day operation that support by Process Engineering; provide guidance and direction to prevent re-occurrence and solve the problems, develop and implement the contingent plans.
- Participate in daily meeting, weekly meeting and providing two ways information sharing and seek help from the supervisors if necessary.
- Guide the work of subordinates and supervise the implementation and projects are completed per plan.
- Carry out process development activities and optimization parameters by conducting DOE and analysis.
- Support prototype related activities, New Product, New Package, New Process and New substrate or Lead frame introduction.
- Writing technical reports for customer product qualification, process evaluation and DOE conducted.
- Perform any other related duties that assigned by the Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or Diploma/Adv. Diploma with 3 years relevance experience
- Min 3 years in similar field
- Good knowledge in using Problem Solving tool, DOE and SPC.

**Shift Type / Work Hours**
- Normal Shift (5 days work week)
- 7.50am to 4.55pm
