**Criteria**

10+ years marketing agency professional experience

University level bachelor degree or higher in marketing and business

Experience as a senior people leader

Experience reporting directly to executive management to lead a business unit

Experience in business development and client relationship management including proven track record of winning new agency business, and growing existing agency business

Proven track record working with clients in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia

**Job Role Outcomes**

Business growth - you’ll be responsible for identifying new client opportunities that align with the growth strategy and existing skillset and offering of our business, making genuine connections with those clients, and successfully onboarding those clients to our agency client roster

People leadership - you’ll manage a team of 12+ Account Managers and Producers located in Singapore and Melbourne to handle our agency client servicing and project management functions, including day to day people management, goal setting and reviews, process development and maintenance

Business management - you will serve on our Senior Leadership Team to collaboratively define business systems and processes and evolve our product and service offering, with a dual focus on how we communicate our offering to clients (marketing, relationship management and business development) and how we engage our staff (people leadership)

**Salary package**

$8,500-$11,500 monthly plus statutory employer CPF contribution

Annual bonus of 15% of base salary provided with a revenue growth of $1m+ year on year and when all Job Role Outcomes are met

We’re Evolved, a medium-ish creative and design team based mostly in Melbourne and Singapore, collaborating with some of the world's biggest brands across APAC. You’ll have the opportunity to work across design, animation, and video projects for some huge moments with big companies. We’ve worked across the world since the start, but in 2021 we took the plunge and opened our first office outside of Australia, so if you take on the role you’ll be working with colleagues in Melbourne and Singapore to deliver projects around the world.

We’re based out of a private office inside WeWork Funan with all the perks, and we provide Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) including shifting your hours and days of work, and choosing to work from home or remotely by agreement. We’re just as excited about tech as we are design so we have some excellent systems in place for working remotely but remaining collaborative.
