**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are hiring a highly motivated, hands-on **Technology Development Engineer** for the process operation and implementation.

You will be involved in process integration related to the integration of opto-electronics devices through fabrication and testing. You will be working with an excellent multidisciplinary team from photonics and FAB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and integrate opto-electronics process development by following process documentation and operating instructions
- Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the company
- Independently carry out test to determine device design and performance
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure device meets specification and verify device's performance
- Test result documentation and performance analysis
**Job requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or BEng (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material Sc) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry) and above
- Preferred 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication process and integration
- Strong self-motivation and interest on MEMS
- Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skill
- Experience in MEMS will be an advantage
