**About Department and Purpose of the Position**

The (Senior) Executive Assistant / Associate Executive - Human Resource (Learning & Development) is responsible for the equipping and improvement of the quality and skills-level of our staff to achieve organizational effectiveness and excellent service delivery. This role will provide admin support in the review, development and implementation of human resource learning & development plans and programmes in support of NUH’s goal.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)**
- Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of NUH and HR.
- Provide admin support in the review, development and implementation of learning and development programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to NUH’s goals and objectives.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes such as system training, training administration and indicators.
- Update and maintain training records.

**Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)**
- Support in NUH’s events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc.
