Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Security Operations)

In this role, you will:

- Assist the Senior Manager in leading team in running security operations and systems
- Conduct threat environment and vectors assessment
- Review system and physical security vulnerabilities and assess impact of threats
- Update risk assessment, Security Protection Plan and propose recommendations to eliminate threat and/or to mitigate risk of threats
- Perform life cycle management (Plans, operations, maintenance and replacement) of security systems as well as budgeting and identifies return on investment
- Perform data analytics using data analytics tools to exploit, interpret and make sense of data:
I. For behaviour analysis, to gain insights for effective security actions

II. For predictive analysis, to develop preventive maintenance plans of our security systems to maintain high availability.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Management and Security Studies / Security Management
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communications skill
- Good analytical ability, sharp eyes for details, quick to pick up anomalies and trend
- Good understanding of rationale of security policies, and recommend changes for improved services, efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Team player
