**Responsibilities**
- Support Administrative Department
- Assist to file required administrative documents
- Input and update customer details
- Assist Admin Managers in reports and other activities, as required
- Assist to extract items from old jewellery during off-peak period
- Internal stock transfer & capturing of reserved stock items
- Carry out administrative work related to customer service
- (e.g. mailers, gifts, advertising materials and forms)
- Weighing and input of new inventory listings, ensuring that item details are accurate

**Requirements**:

- Excellent computer skills, especially typing
- Meticulous attention to details
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Positive learning & working attitude
- Office hours
- Five days work week
- Full time only
- Remuneration will based on experiences in similar industries
