**DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION**
We are looking to hire a senior Compensation and Benefits specialist to work with us as we partner with leading organizations in the MEA region.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, remote-based role. The reporting office is HVS Dubai.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for salary benchmarking in the MEA region.
- Responsible for generating reports related to various sub-regions.
- Works along with HVS Dubai team on compensation and benefit program needs for our Clients in the MEA region.
- Provide benchmarking for pay range against relevant job groups.
- Support the creation of proposals.

**Requirements**:

- Someone who is experienced in the areas of reward and benefits preferably in the MEA/ Asia region.
- Capability to research and identify solutions/ways forward.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in creating and delivering project plans that have successfully delivered key programs/and or HR initiatives.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP**: The
**Consultant -Compensation & Benefits** will report to the Vice President, HVS Executive Search Middle East and Africa.
