As part of the DTC Regional Business Unit team, the Director PM & CM is responsible for assembling construction supervision and project management teams with the requisite qualifications and experience, and working with cross functional teams, to ensure that projects progress and adhere to safety, quality and schedule requirements.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Key advisor to Director, Project Execution on all project management and construction management related activities, including reporting on matters in relation to the performance of projects against agreed performance metrics.
- Participate in new business opportunities and project review procedures, commencing at regional business unit levels, progressing to Executive Board if value, or perceived exposure exceeds certain thresholds.
- Participate in the review and development of PIRA or TERA prospects, focused on developing project scopes of work, construction sequence and methodology, schedule development and project execution plans.
- Review of the Employers requirements to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined at business acquisition and or as awarded by the Customer.
- Develop and implement detailed project execution plans and monitor their execution through comprehensive reporting to clients and regional/business unit management.
- Provide advice and counsel to Project and Construction Management teams on key day to day activities and associated issues that arise during project execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including with project teams, clients, contractors, partners, etc.

**Show your expertise**:

- Proven track record to lead projects of a Mission Critical nature, and specifically brownfield and greenfield data centers.
- Demonstrable people leader with solid experience managing and developing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Hands on approach, with the demonstrated ability to work in high pressure environments and within multi-national or cultural situations and adverse and contentious conditions.
- Results-oriented with an extremely high work ethic, stringent health, safety and quality standards, and hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Manage customer relationship during delivery, including change and decision making to effectively manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Must be able to travel regionally and internationally, including spending extended periods on internal assignment as required.

BSc (w. Hons) in Project or Construction Management or equivalent Construction related qualification.

17+ years project management related experience (with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a director role).

Experience and exposure to working for/with a large EPC company.
