- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Familiarity with managing service providers, office vendors, or logistics partners.
- Comfortable working with basic reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Good communication and follow-up abilities with internal teams and external partners.Basic understanding of procurement processes and documentation handling.
**Good to have**
- Exposure to office management systems or procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
- Experience in managing AMC contracts, facility services, or event vendors.
- Ability to handle invoice tracking and simple budget coordination.
- Familiarity with compliance documentation or contract renewal timelines.
- Prior work with cross-functional admin or operations teams.
**Roles & Responsibility**
- Act as the point of coordination between internal teams and third-party service providers (e.g., maintenance, pantry, printing, travel).
- Monitor service delivery, resolve routine escalations, and ensure vendor SLAs are met.
- Assist in maintaining trackers for contract renewals, invoice submissions, and vendor contacts.
- Schedule regular check-ins with vendors and maintain documentation for compliance or audit purposes.
- Support procurement or finance teams by gathering quotes, processing forms, and tracking payments.
- Coordinate small-scale events or facility logistics involving external vendors.
