**Responsibilities**:

- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing work schedules, allocating resources, and supervising junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
- Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (reports, tests, drawings and others)
- Provide advice and creatively resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislations are followed.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to Project managers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience in private houses (landed property) Projects will be given priority.
- Sound knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
- Ability to carry out effective technical and feasibility studies, as well as site investigations
- Project management and supervision skills
- Familiar with A&A works.
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
