We're looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.
- Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
- Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
- Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English
- Basic Excel Skills required
- Able to work independently
- Min education: Diploma preferred
- Minimum commitment of one year
- May be required to work on weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Mandarin speaking / writing: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- singapore citizenship (required)
- age of 18-29 for this fresh grad position (required)
- size of XS to XL to fit into our uniform (dress/skirt) (required)
