**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support and satisfaction.
- Articulate information clearly and effectively to address customer queries and concerns.
- Respond to personal data protection questions with expertise and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and standardise all customer service replies to maintain a consistent and high-quality service level.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and data protection protocols.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of personal data protection laws and regulations.
- Completion of a course in data protection is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
