As a Customer Service Intern, you will support, maintain, and streamline back-end operations to ensure efficient order processing and service delivery. You will assist in maintaining and cleaning up product packaging data, liaising with the warehouse on packing-related queries, and supporting administrative functions such as document archiving, sorting incoming packages, and coordinating local deliveries. This role offers hands-on experience in operational support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration within a customer service environment.
**What you will do**:
- Maintain and clean up product packaging data to support accurate and efficient warehouse picking and packing operations
- Data maintenance to facilitate sales and service order processing
- Provide back-end support to Customer Service team (eg., document archiving, sorting of incoming packages, co-ordinate local deliveries via 3rd party courier service).

- Undergraduate in Supply Chain, Operation Management or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Interest in back-end operations
- Meticulous and highly organized.
