Manage monthly principal service billings and ensured timely submission.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections, optimizing schedules for efficiency.
- Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes with accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Follow up and respond promptly to customer backorders, contracts, enquiries, and service requests.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Finance) to resolve customer issues and streamline operations.
- Ensure strict conformance to required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage daily invoice scanning and digital documentation for streamlined record-keeping.
- Monitor outstanding payments and followed up with key customers to ensure timely invoice settlements.
- Provide administrative support for team members when needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above
- Previous customer service experience will be advantageous
- Strong team-player, with ability to work independently
- Possess sense of urgency and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
