[What the role is]

**[What you will be working on]**
- Conduct independent research and development projects, including literature reviews, experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Design and implement pilot-scale experiments to validate and scale-up laboratory findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
- Analyze complex data sets using statistical and computational tools to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biochemical engineering and related fields through continuous learning and professional development.
- Author technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings effectively.
- Contribute to intellectual property development by filing patents and other forms of intellectual property protection.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Suitable credentials in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong foundation in biochemistry, molecular biology, and chemical engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, including cell culture, protein purification, and analytical chemistry.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to groundbreaking research.
- Experience in process development, scale-up, and optimization.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for biomedical and biotechnology industries.Experience with project management and leadership.
