1. 根据区域的战略目标及具体的经营目标，制定工作计划和业务策略，并予实施落地；

2. 洞悉集成商、行业发展，发掘价值业务，提炼业务模式和市场打法，组织体系化的市场战役；

3. 对区域一线单元，保持紧密沟通，进行赋能、带动和协助初始化，实现地区业务的开拓发展；

4. 对集成商、行业重点项目和客户，进行跟踪维护，与相关团队沟通配合，实现重点业务的达成；

5. 对集成商、行业整体以及在各地区的发展，有清晰的盘点和策略，实现对具体业务的持续洞悉。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，有 IT、安防、通信行业基础者优先；

2. 3年以上集成商、行业项目型市场经验；

3. 有较强的客户开拓和项目策划能力；

其他要求

需要有安防行业同行资源的：海康、萤石、天地伟业等。

职位类型：全职

薪资： 每月$3,000.00起
