工作概况:
将负责以安全的方式管理保健品生产工厂的初期建设,日常运营和制造。
主要职责:
l计划、组织和领导工厂实现目标(安全、生产环境、产品质量、控制成本和服务)。
l确保遵守所有公司原则和政策以及当地法律法规。确保生产的所有产品符合健康、安全和法规要求。
l有保健品生产和管理经验,包括法规和GMP等质量体系要求。
l监控并实施对公司系统和成品、库存、原材料控制的过程控制的改进建议,提高生产力。
要求:
l至少5年GMP工厂高层管理岗位工作经验。
l胶囊、片剂、粉剂、香囊等保健品的OEM/ODM经验。
l10人及以上的GMP管理经验,具备一般机械技术知识,操作和维护。
l熟悉GMP等质量体系认证、质量保证/控制实验室测试的要求。
l了解实验室仪器和技术、基本质量原则和合规问题
l能够识别问题的根本原因,并提出有效的纠正措施计划。
l出色的口头和书面沟通和演讲技巧,包括有效地主持或参加会议、在观众面前演讲或提供培训将是一个额外的优势。
l新GMP等质量认证体系工厂的建立经验加分。
l有创业和小型企业经验者优先。
l学士及相关行业化学、工程、研发经验也加分。
职位类型:全职
薪资: 每月$5,000.00起
