**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as **_Senior Accounts Executive _**.

Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager (CFM), the Senior Accounts Executive provides support to the CFM on accounting related matters such as Revenue -sales for each entities, inter-company billings, GST, and assist In bookkeeping accounts for all entities (SG & overseas).

**_Expectations of your Role _**
- Handle full set of financial closing for all investment holding, asset holdings and management services books of accounts in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, UAE region and any other new regions as maybe assigned.
- Monitoring GL and raise critical issues that needs supervisor to discuss at high level with CFM
- Prepare quarterly/monthly GST reports and ensure timely submission of GST submission to IRAS/IRD/ATO.
- Prepare tax computation and submit to IRAS.
- Ensure all monthly management reports are closed within an agreed time-line.
- In charge of all yearly audits and tax compliance in respective countries and deal directly with the auditors and tax agents.
- Deal with company secretary on all corporate related matters.
- Manage all companies cash flow, prepare weekly cash analysis and prepare monthly cashflow
- Projections.
- Prepare annual and monthly budget and forecast.
- Prepare weekly debtors aging and follow up closely on all outstanding debts.
- Handle and maintain inter-company billings with other entities.
- Process all payments for all entities in-charge and ensure that cashbook and accounting system is recorded timely.
- Deal with tenancy matters to ensure concerns from the tenants are being resolved.
- Assist in all on-going project/s from time to time.

**_About You _**

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years' relevant working experience handling full set of accounts
- Eye for detail and highly meticulous
- Work independently in a fast pace environment
- Self-motivated & results-oriented
- Good interpersonal & communications skills
- Positive attitude, able to organize and priorities work
- Proficient in Oracle Netsuite will be an added advantage
