**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly reliable, discreet, and proactive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, communication is seamless, and the organisation’s priorities are executed effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to CEO
- Coordinate meetings, manage communications, and prepare briefs or minutes
- Assist in drafting proposals, reports, official letters, and speeches
- Track progress of strategic plans and projects
- Liaise with board members, partners, donors, and volunteers on CEO’s behalf
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and documentation
- Manage confidential documents and uphold PDPA compliance
- Coordinate logistics and represent CEO in selected internal/external meetings
- Assist with crisis management and sensitive matters discreetly
- Provide event support and help ensure alignment with CEO’s vision
- Event and Fundraising Management
- Support ad-hoc community activities and events
- Donors management

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Social Work, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in social service/non-profit sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and presentation tools
- Ability to work beyond office hours when needed and adapt to urgent priorities
- Passionate about community service, with a heart for inclusive social impact
